  • Deservedly renowned as one of the World's Best Beers!

Trappistes Rochefort 10, brewed by the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy in Rochefort, Belgium, is a revered Belgian Quadrupel. Known for its distinctive blue cap, this ale is a pinnacle of Trappist brewing, boasting a 11.3% ABV and a complex profile of rich flavors and aromas. It's an authentic Trappist product, crafted at one of the few Trappist breweries in the world, with a history of brewing excellence dating back to 1595.

Rochefort 10 is celebrated for its depth, featuring a dark brown, almost cola-like color, and a palate of roasted malts, toasted brown bread, raisin, dried fig, cherry, along with accents of Maduro tobacco, allspice, and roasted cocoa nib.

Rochefort 10 is a product of meticulous brewing processes, utilizing water drawn from a well within the monastery and combining Pilsener and Munich-type malts with Hallertau and Golding hops. This Quadrupel is top-fermented, showcasing the unique yeast strain of the Rochefort Abbey and enhanced by the addition of candy sugar to the wort, contributing to its distinct sweetness and full-bodied flavor.

Its sweet and spicy notes, along with the malt character, complement strong flavors such as game meats, foie gras, and dark chocolate, making it a versatile companion for a wide range of culinary experiences.
