Ingredients:

1 ½ ounces Vanilla-Flavored Vodka

½ ounce Passion Fruit Liqueur

2 ounces Passion Fruit Puree

2 barspoons Vanilla Sugar (or Vanilla Syrup)

2 ounces Sparkling Wine, preferably Prosecco or Champagne

Garnish: ½ Fresh Passion Fruit

Instructions:

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled and aerated.
