Crisp Citrus and Floral Elegance

Framingham Classic Riesling from the Marlborough region of New Zealand, is celebrated for its vibrant and balanced character. The wine offers a complex bouquet of citrus, floral notes, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, featuring flavors of yellow apple, melon, and white peach, balanced by bright acidity and well-integrated sweetness.

The Classic Riesling is made from hand-picked grapes from 20-40 year-old vines in the Wairau Valley. The winemaking process includes fermentation predominantly in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit flavors, with some small lots aged in barrels to add complexity.

Framingham, established in 1994, is known for producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of Marlborough. The winery employs sustainable practices and combines traditional and modern techniques to craft expressive wines.

The 2021 vintage has received high praise from critics, including a score of 91 points from Decanter. This Riesling pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes, including seafood, white meats, and spicy Asian cuisine.
