Produced through soft pressing of Glera grapes, with 50% undergoing initial fermentation at controlled temperatures while the remaining 50% is stored as unfermented must, it's later combined and made sparkling using the Charmat method.
This process yields a wine with a bright pale straw-yellow color, a fine mousse, and a delicate perlage. It's intensely fruity and aromatic on the nose, balanced and appealing on the palate with an extremely delicate almond note typical of Glera grapes.
