Vilarnau Cava Barcelona Reserva Rosé Brut is a vibrant sparkling rosé wine from the Penedès region in Catalonia, Spain. Crafted using the traditional method, this organic and vegan-friendly cava is a blend of 85% Garnacha (Grenache) and 15% Pinot Noir grapes. Aged for over 15 months on the lees, it offers a refined and elegant expression of the region's terroir.

On the nose, it presents a beautiful aromatic complexity, featuring notes of violets, roses, and ripe red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. The palate is fresh, smooth, and creamy, delivering a balanced and elegant finish that is both refreshing and satisfying.

Produced by Vilarnau, a winery with a rich history dating back to the 12th century, this cava is made with grapes harvested from their own vineyards near the “Vilarnau d’Espiells” winery. The grapes are chilled upon arrival at the winery to preserve their aromatic precursors, fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, and then blended and bottled for the second fermentation. The cava remains in contact with the yeast for a minimum of 15 months, enhancing its complexity and texture. v
