Tequila Barajas Extra Añejo is the pinnacle expression from the Barajas line, representing their longest engagement with oak maturation. It is crafted from 100% blue agave using Barajas’s unique desfibrador extraction method, then aged for several years in well-selected oak barrels.

In the glass, it appears a warm amber or deep gold. On the nose, you’ll find rich aromas of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, toasted nuts, oak spice, and a whisper of raw agave beneath the veneer of barrel influence. The palate is full, velvety, and layered—notes of butterscotch, toffee, toasted oak, raisin, and fig blend with mature agave and a hint of spice.
