Tequila Barajas Añejo is a premium aged tequila crafted by the Barajas distillery using 100% blue agave and a unique “Desfibrador” extraction technique. It is aged in oak barrels (duration unspecified) to develop depth, roundness, and complexity.

In the glass, it shows a radiant amber color. The nose reveals aromas of orange peel and jasmine, along with plum, vanilla, delicate spices, caramel, and oak. On the palate, it is silky and well-structured, offering cooked agave, citrus zest, honey, oak, nutty tones, and toasted vanilla. The finish is elegant, lingering with a balance of agave brightness, oak spice, and subtle warmth.

Serve neat or over one large ice cube, at about 16–18 °C to let its nuances open. It also works in refined tequila cocktails that highlight aged spirits.
