Volume: 750 ml
Table Mountain Shiraz is a robust red wine sourced from vineyards across Stellenbosch, Paarl, Malmesbury, and Worcester in South Africa's Western Cape. Grapes from both bush and trellised vines were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, fermented on skins for four days, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in American oak for two to three months. This wine reflects the influence of Cape coastal breezes, combining ripe fruit intensity with coastal freshness.
On the nose, it reveals deep aromas of ripe blackberry and plum framed with oak spice. The palate is full-bodied and rich, showcasing bold dark fruit layered with toasty oak and smooth tannins. The finish is long and structured, with flavor notes of dark chocolate, pepper, and a firm yet balanced tannic backbone.
The wine is best served around 16–18 °C. Pair it with Mediterranean-style grilled lamb, spicy kebabs, oxtail stew, barbecued steaks, venison, or hearty pasta dishes to complement its bold fruit and structured profile.
Whether you’re enjoying a sunset BBQ in Al Safa, Dubai or hosting a cozy dinner in Al Zeina, Abu Dhabi, Table Mountain Shiraz brings bold Cape fruit, warming oak spice, and coastal character to your table.
