On the nose, it reveals smooth aromas of cooked agave layered with warm baking spices, butterscotch, dried cherries, bourbon notes, oak, earth, and subtle honey. The palate is full-bodied and luxurious, combining rich cooked-agave sweetness with spicy oak, salted caramel, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, fruit nuances like red apple and prune, and a touch of herbaceous mint.
