Rocca dei Forti Brut Rosé is an Italian sparkling wine crafted by Togni in the Prosecco DOC region using the Charmat method. A blend of 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir, it showcases a pale pink hue with coral highlights and persistent, fine bubbles.

On the nose, expect an expressive bouquet of wild berries, strawberry, redcurrant, white flowers, and delicate rose petals—a fragrant mix of fruity and floral notes.The palate is crisp and energising, with vivid red berry flavours like wild strawberry and raspberry balanced by lively acidity and a touch of mineral tension. It offers creamy softness alongside refreshing freshness and gentle creaminess. The finish is clean, vibrant, and lingering, with a harmonious blend of fruit and acidity that leaves a fresh, lengthening impression .
