Crafted using traditional winemaking techniques that highlight the unique characteristics of the Grašac grape. Hand-harvested from select vineyards in Serbia, the grapes undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve their natural flavors and aromas. The wine is then aged in a combination of French and Serbian oak barrels for 12 months, allowing for the integration of oak notes and the development of complexity.
