NOAM Bavaria Berlin Lager is a refined German lager inspired by the classic Bavarian Helles and brewed in Bavaria using locally sourced ingredients. Developed in collaboration with the Research Brewery at the Technical University of Munich in Weihenstephan, NOAM combines traditional Bavarian brewing principles with a modern, elegant presentation. The beer is naturally unfiltered, unpasteurised and free from preservatives, allowing its fresh character and lively texture to remain intact. At 5.2% ABV, it offers a balanced and highly approachable drinking experience.

In the glass, NOAM presents a bright, pale golden appearance with a delicate natural character. The aroma is subtle and refined, led by fresh malt and gentle floral, herbal and citrus notes from its carefully selected Hallertau aroma hops. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with soft malt sweetness balanced by restrained bitterness. The result is clean, crisp and pleasantly aromatic, with a smooth finish that encourages another sip.

NOAM is brewed using just four traditional ingredients: water, barley malt, hops and yeast. The hop profile combines Hallertauer Tradition with the rarer Hallertauer Smaragd, with the latter contributing delicate citrus freshness and aromatic depth. The beer uses exceptionally soft Munich brewing water and is allowed to mature naturally, while remaining unfiltered and free from stabilisation and pasteurisation.

The brewing process gives NOAM a distinctive balance between classic Helles drinkability and a more expressive hop character. Its subtle bitterness is complemented by delicate herbal and citrus notes, while the malt provides a gentle foundation without making the beer feel heavy. With 11.7° original gravity and 5.2% ABV, it sits comfortably between a light, refreshing lager and a more characterful craft-style beer.

For the best experience, serve NOAM well chilled at approximately 4 to 6°C. Its refreshing character makes it ideal for enjoying straight from the bottle or poured gently into a chilled lager glass.
