Since 2016, they’ve been creating a gin that honors both tradition and innovation. The recipe for Needle Gin dates back to 1799, reflecting the long-standing distillation heritage of the region.

The gin’s key botanical is the Black Forest spruce needle, hand-picked to bring a fresh, pine-like fragrance that evokes memories of a walk through the forest after rain. A carefully curated blend of botanicals, including juniper berries, lavender, ginger, lemons, oranges, allspice, cinnamon, and pimento, adds a layered, fruity-spicy complexity to the profile.
