Mucho Más Black Edition: A Full-Bodied Spanish Red Blend

Félix Solís Mucho Más Black Edition is a full-bodied red wine crafted from a blend of Tempranillo, Grenache, and Syrah grapes, sourced from old vines across various Spanish regions. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks over 10–14 days at controlled temperatures between 26–28°C. Post-fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 3–4 months in American oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and depth. ​

In the glass, it presents a cherry red color with a medium-high layer and compact edging. The nose is aromatic and elegant, offering good intensity with memories of ripe black fruit, scrubland, and balsamic notes, complemented by touches of noble leather and vanilla. On the palate, it is complex, broad, and lively, with fruity and mineral notes standing out, accompanied by fine sensations of cocoa. The finish is persistent and elegant. ​

With an alcohol content of 14%, this wine pairs exceptionally well with tapas, appetizers, cured cheeses, lean meats, and game dishes. Its robust structure and rich flavor profile make it an excellent choice for special occasions or as a thoughtful gift. ​
