This wine is produced from Fiano grown in Sant’Angelo a Scala (Avellino) at about 550 m above sea level. The vineyard, planted in 1995.The grapes are destemmed and undergo a short pre-fermentation maceration to enhance aromatic extraction. After about 24 hours, the grapes are pressed and the must is clarified before fermentation, which lasts around 12 days.

The wine is then aged on fine lees in stainless steel for about 10 months.

Aromas of white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit with subtle herbal and mineral nuances typical of the Irpinia terroir. The palate is fresh and vibrant, combining bright acidity with a savory, mineral character. Elegant and persistent, the wine finishes with delicate almond and citrus zest notes.
