This wine is produced from Fiano grown in Sant’Angelo a Scala (Avellino) at about 550 m above sea level. The vineyard, planted in 1995.The grapes are destemmed and undergo a short pre-fermentation maceration to enhance aromatic extraction. After about 24 hours, the grapes are pressed and the must is clarified before fermentation, which lasts around 12 days.

The wine is then aged on fine lees in stainless steel for about 10 months.

Golden yellow in color with aromas of almond, white flowers, peach and pear. The palate shows a fresh acidic attack and elegant bitterness, supported by round texture and layered fruit. Rich yet balanced, the wine maintains lively freshness and structure through a long finish.
