Bottega Grappa Fumè Invecchiata is an aged Grappa crafted from 100% Glera pomace in Veneto, Italy, by Bottega’s Distilleria. This elegant spirit undergoes a three-stage vacuum distillation in copper alembics before being aged for 12 months in heavily toasted oak barrels, a process that imparts its signature amber hue, smoky depth, and complex aromas.

On the nose, expect intense aromas of dried fruit, particularly raisins, sweet vanilla, and warm baking spices. The palate is smooth, round, and full-bodied, unfolding rich notes of caramel, tobacco, roasted nuts, and gentle oak spice, with a lingering spicy vanilla finish.
