Gin Mare Capri Edition (700 ml)

Gin Mare Capri Edition 700ml: A Vibrant Mediterranean Gin with Citrus and Herbal Character

Gin Mare Capri Edition is a refined Mediterranean gin inspired by the iconic Italian island of Capri. Crafted in Spain, this distinctive expression builds on Gin Mare’s signature Mediterranean botanical profile with the addition of Capri lemons and Italian bergamot, creating a bright and aromatic gin with an unmistakable citrus character. Bottled at 42.7% ABV, the 700ml edition captures the fresh, sun-filled character of the Mediterranean in a sophisticated spirit designed for both sipping and mixing.

On the nose, Gin Mare Capri opens with expressive citrus aromas, led by fresh lemon and bergamot, followed by fragrant herbs and juniper. The palate is bright and zesty, with vibrant citrus balanced by the savoury character of Arbequina olives and the aromatic notes of rosemary, thyme and basil. Its texture is smooth and rounded, while the finish is crisp, fresh and lingering, leaving behind a combination of citrus and Mediterranean herbs.

The botanical selection is at the heart of Gin Mare Capri. Alongside Capri lemons and Italian bergamot, the gin features Gin Mare’s distinctive Mediterranean botanicals, including Arbequina olives from Spain, rosemary, thyme and basil. Gin Mare uses delicate maceration and independent distillation of its botanical ingredients before carefully blending them, allowing the individual characteristics of each botanical to contribute to the final spirit.

At 42.7% ABV, Gin Mare Capri has enough structure and intensity to stand out in classic gin serves while maintaining its elegant citrus-led personality. The combination of bright lemon, aromatic bergamot, juniper and savoury herbs gives it a particularly distinctive Mediterranean identity, making it an appealing choice for those who enjoy contemporary gins with layered botanical profiles.

For the best experience, serve Gin Mare Capri chilled in a premium Gin & Tonic with a quality Mediterranean-style tonic, complemented by a lemon twist and a sprig of thyme or rosemary. It can also be enjoyed neat or used in citrus-forward cocktails and gin-based sours, where its lemon and bergamot character can take centre stage.

Gin Mare Capri pairs beautifully with Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including fresh seafood, white fish carpaccio, burrata with tomato and basil, grilled prawns and Mediterranean salads. Its bright citrus and herbal character also complement sushi, oysters, light appetisers, fresh cheeses and dishes seasoned with rosemary, thyme or basil.

Gin Mare Capri Edition 700ml brings together Spanish gin craftsmanship and the fresh citrus identity of Capri in an elegant expression made for sophisticated entertaining. Enjoy it over a long afternoon in Jumeirah or Dubai Marina, serve it at gatherings in Downtown Dubai and Palm Jumeirah, or pair it with Mediterranean cuisine around Yas Island, Saadiyat Island and Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.
