About The Winery

Etienne Calsac is one of Champagne’s most exciting young growers, based in the Côte de Sézanne. Working small parcels farmed with great care, he has earned a reputation for precision, restraint, and an unwavering dedication to terroir expression. Les Revenants is his most personal project — a revival of the region’s rare heritage grapes that showcases Champagne through a more intimate, artisanal lens. The varieties are planted in his family’s vineyards, harvested entirely by hand, and vinified with minimal intervention to preserve clarity and tension. Each release is produced in extremely limited quantities, reflecting both the rarity of the grapes and the meticulous nature of Calsac’s work.
