This wine is crafted primarily from old-vine Malbec grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards in the Ribera del Duero region of Spain. After careful hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in oak vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.
