Rose Wine

Dalton Estate Unoaked Rosé

Volume: 750 ml

  • Dalton Estate Unoaked Rosé: Lively & Aromatic Expression from Israel

Dalton Estate Unoaked Rosé is a vibrant and aromatic wine crafted in Israel's Upper Galilee, a region renowned for its diverse terroir and Mediterranean climate. Produced by the family-owned Dalton Winery, established in 1995, this rosé reflects the winery's commitment to quality and innovation.

On the nose, it reveals bright aromas of strawberry, rose petal, and red grapefruit. The palate is slightly off-dry, offering a fruit-driven profile with lively acidity that enhances its length and freshness.

This rosé is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Barbera grapes. The red grapes are harvested towards the end of summer and crushed before sitting on their skins for about three hours, extracting a light pink juice. The juice is then cold-fermented for three weeks to retain its fresh character, and fermentation is stopped early by freezing, leaving a hint of residual sugar.

Dalton Estate Rosé pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine, including roasted eggplant, tahini, and pasta. Whether you're enjoying a chic gathering in Dubai’s Barsha Heights (Tecom) or hosting an outdoor soirée in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island, this rosé delivers a perfect balance of freshness and elegance.
