Chivite Colección 125 Rosado is a remarkable rosé wine from Spain's Navarra region, crafted by the esteemed Chivite family, whose winemaking heritage dates back to 1647. This wine is a blend of 70% Garnacha Tinta and 30% Tempranillo, sourced from the Legardeta Estate, and is renowned for its depth, elegance, and aging potential.

On the nose, it reveals fresh cherry and grapefruit aromas, accompanied by subtle spicy nuances that add sophistication. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, showcasing a refined texture that envelops the senses. The finish is lingering and clean, with a spicy touch that leaves an elegant impression.

The grapes are manually harvested in 200-kilogram boxes to ensure they remain intact. After a brief maceration, the must is obtained through the bleeding method, allowing the free-run juice to be collected without pressing. This juice is then transferred to 225-litre French oak barrels, where it undergoes fermentation and rests on its lees for up to 12 months, enhancing its complexity and texture.
