Le Clos Saint-Marc (1.7 ha) is part of the Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru “Les Vergers”. Historically used as a garden by local residents, the vineyard is located on a north-east facing slope with red, stony soils over limestone, ideal for Chardonnay. Planted in 1996, the vines have an average age of around 29 years.

Whole cluster pressing followed by 24-hour static settling. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in oak barrels. The wine is aged for 18 months, including 6 months in stainless steel tanks, with 10% new oak.
