Bodega Otto Bestué Garnacha Rosado: A Vibrant Expression of Somontano's Terroir
Bodega Otto Bestué Garnacha Rosado is a captivating rosé wine from the Somontano region in northeastern Spain, crafted exclusively from Garnacha (Grenache) grapes. This wine reflects the family's 300-year winemaking heritage and the unique terroir of their vineyards in Enate, Huesca.
On the nose, it offers an expressive bouquet of fresh cherries, ripe strawberries, and an assortment of forest fruits. The palate is light and crisp, with a subtle hint of confectionery that renders it pleasant and easy to drink.
The grapes are harvested between mid and late August during the early hours of the morning to preserve their freshness. The must is obtained through two processes: direct pressing of the grapes and devatting of the grape pulp after approximately ten hours of maceration. Both types of must are blended and transferred to stainless steel tanks to begin fermentation.
Bodega Otto Bestué Garnacha Rosado pairs beautifully with poultry, spicy food, appetizers, and snacks. Whether you're enjoying a chic gathering in Dubai’s Barsha Heights (Tecom) or hosting an outdoor soirée in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Island, this rosé delivers a perfect balance of freshness and elegance.
