Absolut Vodka Tabasco (700ml)

Absolut Vodka Tabasco 700ml: A Bold and Fiery Chili Pepper Vodka

Absolut TABASCO™ brings together the smooth character of Absolut Vodka with the unmistakable heat and tang of TABASCO® Brand, creating a distinctive chili pepper flavored vodka for adventurous drinkers. Produced and bottled in Åhus, Sweden, this collaboration combines premium Swedish vodka with a natural essence made from the fermented and aged red pepper mash used to produce TABASCO® Sauce. The result is a bold and flavorful spirit designed to add heat and character to cocktails.

Crystal clear in appearance, Absolut TABASCO™ opens with an immediately bold and spicy aroma. Aged red chili pepper takes center stage, accompanied by tangy vinegar, subtle tomato-like notes, gentle smokiness, and an underlying sweetness. The aromatic profile captures the distinctive character of TABASCO® while retaining the clean foundation of Absolut Vodka.

On the palate, the aged red chili character is vibrant and savory, supported by notes of distilled vinegar and salt. Subtle smoky and sweet nuances add depth, while the vodka provides a smooth base that helps integrate the heat. The finish brings a lingering warmth across the palate, with peppery spice and tangy chili character remaining pleasantly present without becoming overwhelming.

Absolut TABASCO™ is made by fusing Absolut Vodka with a completely natural essence derived from the fermented and aged red pepper mash used in TABASCO® Sauce. The original TABASCO® Sauce mash is aged in reclaimed oak barrels for up to three years before being incorporated into the flavor profile. The vodka itself is produced in Åhus using Swedish winter wheat, local water, and a proprietary yeast strain. The finished spirit contains 38% ABV and the 700ml bottle offers a convenient format for home bars and cocktail preparation.

Absolut TABASCO™ is particularly well suited to cocktails where its chili, vinegar, and warming spice character can shine. It is an ideal base for a spicy Bloody Mary made with tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. It can also be used in a Spicy Vodkarita with citrus and agave, or combined with lemonade for a refreshing drink with a fiery twist.

Its bold character makes it an exciting match for spicy and savory foods. Pair it with grilled meats, tacos, burgers, barbecue dishes, spicy pasta, Mexican-inspired dishes, fried chicken, or rich brunch plates. The chili heat and tangy character can also complement tomato-based dishes, making it a particularly natural partner for brunch menus and Bloody Mary-style serves.

Absolut Vodka Tabasco 700ml is an excellent choice for cocktail enthusiasts, weekend brunches, lively gatherings, and home bars where a little extra heat is welcome. Whether used to create a fiery Bloody Mary or experimented with in creative spicy cocktails, it brings a distinctive combination of smooth vodka, aged chili pepper, tangy vinegar, and lingering warmth to occasions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, from Jumeirah and Dubai Marina to Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, and Al Maryah Island.
